Scope of Services
Remote Physio provides Telehealth physiotherapy consultations via video call.
Our services include

Assessment, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal conditions

Limitations of Telehealth

Telehealth physiotherapy does not include hands-on treatment

If an in-person assessment is required, we will advise you accordingly

If you experience severe pain, neurological symptoms, or a medical emergency, seek immediate care in person or call 000​​​
Bookings and Payment

All bookings are made via our website

You must provide accurate personal details when booking​
Payment Policy:

Payment is required at the time of booking via our online payment system

We accept payments from VISA, Mastercard, apple pay and PayPal

If applicable, you may claim rebates from your private health insurer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 24 hours notice - you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours notice - no refund will be provided.

No-show appointments - no refund will be provided

If technical issue occur on our end, we will reschedule your appointment free of charge.

Use a stable internet connection for video calls

Follow the treatment and exercise plan provided by your physiotherapist

Your consultation is private and not recorded unless agreed upon

Limitation of Liability

Remote Physio provides evidence-based physiotherapy advice, but we are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow treatment plans or technical issues during the consultation

Telehealth physiotherapy is not a substitute for emergency medical care

Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
